Job Description: 

• Create / modify / Revise the Illustration for the applicable Aircraft Manual following the change request, understanding the Impact of the change, considering airworthiness of the aircraft, Also includes integration / uploading of 

Illustration to the related authoring work 
• Candidate must possess Aerospace Manual Expertise: with any one of the below: 
• Illustration Parts Catalogue (IPC). 
• Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM). 
• Contribute in the creation / modification / revision of the Illustration for the required manual. 
• Understand and follow the impact analysis / mark ups to create the Illustration to meet the change request. 
• Research extensively and ensure the Airworthiness aspects. 
• Perform the tasks in aero domain environment tools and update the status in Capgemini work flow management tools. 
• Follow the processes and standards defined for the project. Perform the Internal and external rejection analysis for every rejection code, discuss in Knowledge sharing sessions and ensure prevention of rejections, maintaining 

quality KPI. 
• Communicate with the SMEs for every work order and ensure the quality KPI’s are met. 
• Participate in peer-reviews and follow the review cycles to ensure the Right First time. 
• Visualize/create images, mark-ups, additional information / instruction to Illustrators. 

Education: 

• B.E / B. TECH in Aeronautics or AME or Diploma in Aeronautics / Mechanical Engineering or B.E in Mechanical engineering with Aeronautical engineering industry exposure

The role will primarily be producing RMM and SRM technical illustrations for a rotary wing aircraft (rotorcraft) on behalf of a world-class manufacturer.

To be considered for this opportunity, the following competencies are required:

Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience within the aircraft industry, with rotary wing (rotorcraft) experience an advantage.

* Experience producing Isometric and exploded view illustrations from CAD models and engineering drawings for AMM / RMM, SRM, CMM and IPC
* Familiar with ICN structure

• Responsible for creating and writing various types of production documentation, including how-to guides, references, and work instructions.

• Requires computer aptitude and demonstrated writing ability. Requires demonstrated visualization skills the ability to translate between two- and three-dimensional data views. Illustration or PhotoShop experience a plus. Must be self-motivated and detailed.
• Required for Full-time Conversion: Experience with XML and DITA authoring tools and SAP is preferred. Familiarity working with a tagged language (HTML/XML) is required. Experience with CAD or Pro/E, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, and/or Arbortext IsoDraw a plus.
