Job Description - Technical Writer
Job Duties
• Produce high-quality business process, procedure and workflow documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
• Write easy to understand user interface text and guides.
• Write clear and concise policies and procedures.
• Create tutorials to help the end users use a variety of applications.
• Work with internal teams and client contacts to obtain an in-depth understanding of the various processes and the documentation requirements.
• Gather information from key stake holders to understand process overview and operational considerations to translate into usable documentation.
• Partner with operations management to develop training plans.
• Maintain records and files of work and revisions.
• Edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by operations or other personnel.
• Coordinate and assist with the execution of process and procedural changes, including process testing, end-user training, and change management enforcement.
• Other duties as need / assigned.
Requirements / Skills / Abilities
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Business Process / Technical Writer or related role.
•
• Proven ability to manage ongoing project deliverables and lead meetings to gather business requirements required.
• Process improvement experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills including the ability to interact and collaborate with all levels of associates in the organization.

• Evening shift (5.30pm-1.30am)
The salary range would be between INR 400,000 to INR 500,000.
Location: Noida
5 Day working
Travel Allowance 4.5k
Saturday / Sunday off
• International Standard Facilities.
