Job Description

Creation/Revision of Component Maintenance Manuals, Aircraft Maintenance
Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC), and Structural Repair Manual
Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and/or terminology.
Assists with scheduling creation/revisions for internally authored and externally authored manuals.
Ability to create simple illustrations for Illustrated Parts List and other pageblocks of CMM

Strong working knowledge on Arbortext Epic Editor, Corena CSDB, or any other Content Management Systems and Adobe Framemaker
Working knowledge on PLM tools like Teamcenter and Enovia
Familiar with XML, SGML, and resolving the XML parsing errors
Good knowledge on ASD S1000D Issue 4.1 and 4.0, ATA iSpec 2200 and Simplified Technical English Issue 6
Good oral and writing skills, ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Working knowledge of illustration tools (Isodraw 7.3), 3DVIA and CATIA will added advantage
Experience of working on Nacelle products such as Thrust Reverser, Inlet Cowl, and Engine Build Units will be preferred
