o DITA and Minimalism
o Agile

Documentation types (Required - worked on a range of doc types Installation Guide, Deployment Guide, Design Guide, Configuration Guide, User Guide, Operator Guide, Administrator Guide, API Reference Guide, Developer/Programmer Guide, Troubleshooting Guide, FAQs).
Bonus : Worked on documentation templates, screen cast/animation voice over scripts/storyboards, whitepapers/solution briefs.
Required : Tested and validated the documentation on their own setup as well as in engineering labs.
Required: Exposure to diverse business domains, namely, but not limited to the following - Financial, Legal, Healthcare, CRM.
