Project Overview: This requirement is for Finance and Supply Chain IT team to take care of the communication needs of the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible to make documentation the best in the business, highlighting the major project activities carried out from VDSI
Generate executive level weekly reports and write ups to be sent to senior executives
Create and publish newsletters, employee communication mailers and other PR activities on a regular basis
Create executive level power point presentations with good visual and contents based on the inputs received from the project teams
This role requires good understanding of the financial processes and IT systems and need to regularly interact with internal project teams to create the content for publishing.
Preferable to have a design knowledge/experience to create advanced graphical content
Should be an expert in writing content suitable various types of users.
Should possess excellent tech writing skills with expertise in MS PowerPoint, Advanced Excel and Word
