We seeks a bright, Tech writer with Content Management System (CMS) experience, and English writing/reviewing fluency to join our Content Management team.
The role requires professional and efficient handling and conditionalization of large volumes of technical documentation.
You will own the identification of content differences between our US platform and the language platform (English) you will support, and conditionalize the source content in US English in our Content Management System. You would be expected to create content in US English and conditionalize it for the English platform. Ability to review and update English content would be a plus.
The successful candidate will be self-directed, yet equally comfortable with contributing within a global team environment. Strong interpersonal skills, time management, and attention to details are required. You must have a background in technical writing, editing, and information design. Communication and logic skills are also essential, as working with complex content sets involves reviewing, editing and translating content produced by others.

Basic Qualification:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in English)
A minimum of 3 years in a technical writing, content strategist, editing, or information developer role with a primary focus on platforms, software, and workflow applications
Ability to demonstrate how you have created high-quality online documentation for a consumer audience
Experience with content creation for translation and localization into other languages
Dedication to team success while working independently on multiple projects
Experience managing content projects, including coordinating with other teams

Experience with HTML, XML-based (preferably DITA XML-based) content management systems and document tagging
Fluency in English (or comparable job experience) in terms of reviewing and rewriting content would be a plus
Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with a strong bias for action and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Experience working as part of a global team with remote colleagues
