Job Description
1. Designer developer
update and maintain documentation such as regulation or processes and
procedures in compliance with the documentation framework.
2. Coordinate and
facilitate the documentation preparation or review and approval process.
3. Maintain a
document library containing documents.
4. Assist
technically in the development of multimedia related products (e.g. video clips
or graphics or animations or icons or presentations or photo galleries or etc.)
for the deployment of online trainings or projects and initiatives.
5. Assist in
implementing communications plan (both internally and externally).
6. Prepare regular
and ad hoc reports or including researches and collection of relevant
information.
7. Produce
electronic or printed or and/or audio visual materials for information
dissemination. Coordinate with different groups for preparing the final layouts
for printing and/or electronic publishing.
8. Coordinate and
implement various key events and initiatives to support internal
communications.
9. Prepare a
variety of communication materials for the purpose of networking or conveying
and/or gathering information required to perform functions (graphics and text).
10. Research trends
on new and effective communication techniques.
11. Prepare memos or
info graphics or briefing notes or talking points or presentations or
announcements or reports or comments matrix or etc.
