Years of experience: 3-5

Writing or revising descriptive and procedural documents for the intended users

Researching content and audience information

Interviewing the subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop contents

Ensuring quality in the product documentation

Working with cross-functional teams to identify risks, solve problems, determine content requirements, and maintain progress

Working experience in developing software applications for Life Science/Bio Technology based instrumentation preferred

Strong analytical problem determination and solving skills

Excellent communication and writing skills

Proficient editorial competence, with the ability to follow and apply Writing Style guidelines

Skills Required

3+ years experience with knowledge in Chemistry background

Excellent communication and writing skills

XML, DITA, and topic oriented publishing

Experience using content management system (CMS)

Proven ability to research, plan, and deliver documents under minimal supervision

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well in a team

Knowledge of document development life cycle (DDLC)

Knowledge of MSTP

Working in Agile environment

Knowledge of Perforce, SVN, Git, Madcap Flare, SnagIT, etc
