Job Description

Minimum of 2 to 9 years experience writing in-depth conceptual and task-oriented technical documentation for complex software products
Experience planning and leading documentation projects
Experience working closely with engineering teams, including participating in product design
Expert-level experience with desktop publishing or online tools
Experience installing and using products being documented
Bachelors degree in Technical Writing, English, Journalism; or writing-related, or information systems-related, or computing-related subjects
Its a plus if you have these qualifications:
Experience writing documentation for enterprise software
Developing documentation in an Agile environment
Expertise with DITA, structured authoring, minimalism, XML authoring tools
Understanding of any of the following: cloud computing, mobile applications, big data, business process management, web services, object-oriented computer programming, client/server architecture, database systems
Skills in usability and interface design
