Job Description:

REQUIRED

* Bachelors degree in any discipline
* 3+ years of experience in Technical Writing
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills is a prerequisite
* Proficiency in RoboHelp / Doc2Help and Microsoft Office
* Experience in Madcap Flare will be an added advantage
* Experience in image capturing tools like Snagit or Greenshot
* Knowledge of databases
* Ability to interpret highly technical information to create clear and concise documentation
* Should be self-initiated, a self-learner, a team player, and above all a good communicator
* Should be able to work in a deadline driven environment
* Ability to work on multiple projects with minimum supervision
* Close interaction with the development team to collate information, and author high quality documentation for international audience (chiefly U.S and U.K)
* Writing user manuals, online help, technical documents (API and Adapter), and release notes for application software developed in various platforms
* Reviewing and editing RND related technical documents
* Designing, Editing, and proof-reading training manuals
* Formulating and implementing documentation standards, guidelines and processes
