Position Title                    : Technical Publication
Work Location                  : Hyderabad, Hi-Tech City
Qualification                     : M.Tech / B.Tech / Post Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Aeronautical/Industrial Engineering from a reputed Institution

Experience            : 2 - 12 Years
Type of job           : full time/ on Roll Job
Shift Timing          : 10:30 to 7:30 (5 days working, but should be flexible for any shift and day of the week)

ª Preliminary Round : Written Test & Tool test.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Creating of User Manuals and Service Manuals from scratch.

· Basic understanding of authoring tools like Epic Editor/Frame Maker, etc.

· Participates in all aspects of the product development life cycle from authoring to delivery.

· Works closely with the Sr. Technical Author/Team Lead to deliver high quality outputs in line with set productivity.

Experience

· Experience in Creating CMM’s, Technical Illustrations, Service Bulletins, Temporary Revisions, Crew & Tech, Electrical WDM’s, Training Manual, Installation Guides with Documentation Standards

· Good knowledge in ATA 100, ISPEC 2200 and S1000D and Aerospace standard for technical Publication work.

· A minimum of 2-8 years’ experience is a must

Technical Competencies Required :

· Should have excellent skills for analysing engineering data such as design specifications, test procedures, engineering drawings and Bill of Materials etc to create User Manuals and Service Manuals from scratch.

· Should have hands-on experience and expertise in technical writing tools such as Adobe Frame maker / Flare/ Arbor text Editor/ Adobe In Design or PageMaker/ Adobe Photoshop/ Adobe Illustrator, M.S. Word.

· Exposure and understanding on Boeing programs / aerospace interior / Galley products added advantage.

· Should have good analytical skill and technical writing skill on mechanical systems.

· Knowledge of Catia V5 and Enovia to pull data for Technical writing.

· Should have exposure in Interface cross-functionally within the content development teams (Global and Local) to acquire source material for documents and to develop understanding of the products and processes.

· Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
